- Boiling Water (2 cups).
- 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- Baking Powder (half teaspoon)
- A quarter teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 & 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- One and a half teaspoon of vanilla extract
Procedure to Make Dark Chocolate Cake
Step 1: Preheat the microwave oven to 350 degrees (180 degrees Celsius).
Step 2: In a big mixing cup, combine all of the dry ingredients.
Step 3: 2 minutes on medium pressure, beat in the eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Step 4: Pour in the hot water and stir well (batter will be thin). Discharge the batter into the pans.
Step 5: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Step 11: Place the first cake sheet on a cake tray. Spread about 12 cups of frosting evenly over the end.
Step 12: Attach the second layer of cake with an equal layer of frosting on top.
Step 13: Place the final layer of cake on top and frost the outside.
Step 14: Finish with chocolate curls or other decorations, then chill for several hours before serving.
